Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: To cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of your tour. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to penalties.

2. Refunds: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the tour begins, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $50. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour.

3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 30 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $100 may apply.

4. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions.

5. Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics), we will work with you to provide a credit for a future tour or a full refund.

6. Changes by Pickletour Colombia: We reserve the right to change or cancel the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
